The Opposition forums for democratic change have mourned the death of Maj Gen Julius Oketta who died last week.
Addressing journalist at their headquarters in Najjanakumbi, the deputy secretary general Harold Kaija says the late was a hard working commander in the army.
He however laments that the trends of heart attacks killing people in the country are alarming and need investigation.

However speaking shortly after the death of Maj General Oketta the deputy chief of defence forces Lt Gen Charles Angina said plans were underway to have the late flown to India for treatment which has however not been possible
