Ministry gives assurance about border security

The ministry of internal affairs has given assurance on the country’s border security.

This follows fears of violence from today’s elections in neighboring Kenya.

Speaking to Kfm the ministry spokesperson Jacob Siminyu says there is adequate security at the border ready to counter any situation that could arise.

He further appeals to members of the public especially those close to the borders to report any person suspected of attempting to gain entry through ungazzetted areas.
