Brian Bagyenda son to ISO director Col. Kaka Bagyenda is today expected to re-appear before High Court to report the stage of negotiations with government.

Bagyenda wants to plead guilty to the offence of murdering his girl-friend Edid Twijukye under a plea-bargain program in exchange for a lighter sentence.

Lawyers representing him are today expected to inform Justice Anthony OjokOyukoabout the progress of their discussions but if negotiations fail by today he will go for a full trial.

Bagyenda a Pharmacist together is charged together with two others with the murder of a 22 year old former student of Ndejje University.

Prosecution states that the trio committed the offence at Njobe road in Luzira Nakawa Division at the home of Brian Bagyenda before dumping Twijukye’s body in Namanve forest where it was later recovered by police.
