Four time presidential candidate also the former party president of FDC, rtd col Dr Kizza Besigye, has rallied Ugandans to participate in the process of liberating themselves.

Speaking to the media at his office at Katonga road in Kampala, Besigye said citizens shouldn’t let the liberation struggle to opposition leaders alone emphasizing the need for them to unite and act against the oppressions they’re undergoing.

Meanwhile Besigye has revealed that different forces of change are in talks on how to mobilize Ugandans to unite and fight for their liberty peacefully.

He also clarified that his plan B is a non-violent move though he was misunderstood by the regime thinking it’s all about war .
