Former Forum for Democratic Change Presidential candidate rtd Col Dr Kizza Besigye has threatened to defy Kabale magistrate’s court over what he calls delayed justice.

Besigye’s complaint comes shortly after he appeared before Kabale Chief Magistrate Moses Ntende along with fove others Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago and FDC Secretary for Mobilisation Ingrid Turinawe and Kawempe South MP Munyagwa Mubarak on charges of inciting violence in 2012.

However prosecution led by State Attorney Gloria Inzikuri asked the Chief Magistrate for more time claiming that key witnesses in the matter are out of the country.

Besigye says that the case has taken long without substantive progress and thus the resolution for defiance.
