National Unity Platform lawyers have served a copy of their election petition, to National Resistance Movement in which they’re challenging Museveni’s victory in the recent general election.

This is after NRM’s national chairman Yoweri K. Museveni instructed his lawyers KK advocates to receive the petition on his behalf.

Robert Kyagulanyi’s lawyers lead by Anthony Wameli have served the petition, and it was received  Isingoma Esao from KK advocates.

NRM Secretary General Justine Kasule Lumumba, who witnessed the process expressed confidence that they’re ready to defend their victory.

This was outside the Supreme Court in Kololo.
