4 people have been confirmed dead following the collapse of a building in downtown Kampala.
The bodies have been taken to the Mulago Hospital mortuary.
The building named Nice Times is next to Magoba Arcade along Nakivubo Mews.
Police arrived at the scene soon after the building collapsed and rescue efforts are underway.
