In the City Center, Business is still slow with many shops and other businesses still closed.

Garbage heaps that usually cleared at this time by the KCCA staff are still seen strewn around the city.

A scuffle has ensued in Kisenyi after the polling agents disagreed with polling officials on the distance they are meant to keep from the cordoned off area.

In the City Center, business is still slow with many shops and other businesses still closed.

Garbage heaps that usually cleared at this time by the KCCA staff are still seen strewn around the city.

However voting has started in some parts of Kampala and other rural areas.

At Bat Valley Primary School voting has started while in Kisenyi the ballot papers have arrived but the actual voting is yet to kick off.

At Wandegeya Muslim Primary School in Katale Zone, many people have vowed to stay on and wait for as long as it will take for them to cast their ballots.
