Speaking at a half day workshop organized by the Parliamentary forum on oil in Kampala, Executive director of Bemuga Fowarders Dr Ben Mugasha said government needs to financially support local companies if they are to compete with their foreign counterparts.

He further calls for cooperation and partnerships between the local companies if they are to benefit from the production phase.
