Through its lawyers of Nangwala and Ruzida company advocates, monitor says that it received instructions from the KCCA corporate affairs manager Jonathan Kyeyune to publish a notification of outstanding property dues from Rubaga and central division.

However on demand, KCCA said monitor had to comply with the new internal procurement procedures to which monitor said was not liable hence petitioning the commercial court.

KCCA has been given 10 days to file its defense before Commercial Court Judge Billy Kainamura.
