Players in the tourism industry represented by members of the presidential round table are set to meet president Yoweri Museveni next week.
This has been revealed by president of the Uganda Tourism Association Bonifence Byamukama.
He says while government has taken some measures to improve the business environment for investors in the tourism sector, a lot more is still needed.
Byamukama says some of the issues to be discussed with the president include request to have Value Added Tax scrapped from upcountry accommodation and hotel equipment.
