31 magistrates and registrars have been moved in the changes made the chief registrar.

Supreme Court registrar Roy Byaruhanga has been dropped and replaced by Tom Chemutai who has been acting as the registrar in charge of execution at the Supreme Court.
Court of appeal registrar Deo Nizeyimana has been demoted to the inspectorate and replaced with Amos Kwizera.

Buganda road grade one magistrate Araali Muhirwa stays at the same court but for only specialized cases.

Mary Khainza has been moved from the court of appeal to Jinja as a chief magistrate and assistant registrar.

Judiciary spokesman Erias Kisawuzi says the changes are meant to enhance good service delivery.
