CID Officer Pins 2010 Terror Suspect

The trial of 11^th July 2010 bomb suspects resumes today.

The trial resumes with the cross-examination of the 4^th prosecution witness Moses Kato a police officer attached to CIID Headquarters Kibuli.

Kato is said to have recorded a charge and caution statement from one of the suspects Mohammed Ali.

The case is before the High Court judge Alfonse Owiny Dollo.

Thirteen suspects are battling charges of murder, attempted murder, and terrorism and aiding acts of terrorism.
