The ministry of gender labour and social development has finalized its report on the crest Form fire.
Gender minister Muruli Mukasa says the report contains details of how the fire started resulting into the death of six people
Mukasa says details of the report will be presented to parliament for debate.
The minister made the remarks while receiving instruments of power from his predecessor Karoro Okurut.
