One more person has been rescued from the building that collapsed in Kansanga on May 9th.
Kampala deputy metropolitan police spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigyire says the survivor, who was found in a critical condition has been rushed to Mulago hospital.
The total number of those who have recovered from the rubble is 11, with 8 confirmed deaths and 3 people in a critical condition.
During the excavation, police also recovered another dead body from the collapsed building.
Owoyesigyire yesterday evening told KFM that the excavation continues today with the hope of retrieving more bodies.
A building collapsed at midnight on Saturday in Kansanga along Ggaba road next to Wonder World recreation center. Investigations into the cause of the collapse of the building are still on going.
