FDC to support Winnie Byanyima if she comes out to contest for presidency

The Forum for Democratic Change party says it is ready to give support to Winnie Byanyima if she comes out to contest for the presidency.

This is after the Executive Director of Oxfam International reportedly expressed interest and readiness to contest for Uganda’s presidency.

According to the FDC Deputy Secretary General Harold Kaija, Byanyima is not only a founding member of the FDC but has all it takes to lead the country and so the party would not hesitate to support her.
