The Police in Yumbe district have arrested four Somali Nationals, while attempting to enter South Sudan illegally.

The arrest comes after Uganda launched a joint approach in fighting terrorism in the East Africa Region and neighboring countries.

The West Nile region police spokesperson, Josephine Angucia tells KFM that these four were trying to enter South Sudan through Gobolo border town.

She explained that they will remain in their custody in Yumbe district, pending verification.
