Fresh summons to renegade Gen. David Sejjusa have already issued.

This has been confirmed by committee chairperson Fox Odoi who says they were sent through diplomatic means.

Odoi says the summons were sent to the UK government through the Foreign Affairs ministry on Friday last week.

The committee resolved to issue fresh summons after it failed to agree with lawyers representing Sejjusa on the modalities of reaching him.

Meanwhile, Internal Affairs minister Gen Aronda Nyakairima is today expected at parliament over the Sejjusa saga.

Nyakairima is today expected to appear before parliament’s Rules, Privileges and Discpline Committee.

The committee is investing Sejjusa’s conduct in parliament after he missed 15 sittings without permission from the speaker.
