Lawyers representing Gen. David Sejusa are ready to submit his bail application tomorrow.

General Sejusa was yesterday charged by the General Court Martial and remanded to Luzira Prison for conduct prejudicial to good order as a serving army officer and absence from parliament without permission.

His lawyers led by David Mushabe say they have already drafted the papers as directed by the General Court Martial chairman Maj. Gen. Levi Karuhanga.

Mushabe says that besides being his constitutional right, Sejusa’s bail application is based on the fact that he is of advanced age of 61years and that he sustained injuries from the bush war which needs specialized care.

Mushabe adds that Sejusa is the sole bread winner of his family and that he not likely to abscond because he has a permanent place of aboard in Naguru.
