The government has tasked public servants to improve their work efficiency.

Speaking during the NRM retreat, president Museveni said the 5th Term was Kisanja Hakuna Mchezo with focus on improved service delivery.

Now speaking at the inaugural meeting of the presidential advisory committee on budget Prime Minister Dr Ruhakana Rugunda said government is to compel all Accounting officers to sign performance contracts.

He says this will ensure improved performance and accountability.
