Health experts are advising people with diabetes
to try and keep their blood glucose levels as low as possible if they are to live normal lives.
They say that the closer to normal one’s sugar levels, the lower the chances of developing serious health problems.
Dr. Fenecance Bwambale, a general practitioner at Mulago hospital says this can be done if one engages in vigorous activity for about 30 minutes daily.
He also recommends breathing in and out heavily for about 10 minutes.
