Rope-pulling between KCCA and Boda Boda cyclists are taking a new twist.
Now the Inspector General of Police Gen.Kale Kayihura has instituted a three man committee to hear complaints of assault and molestation by boda boda cyclists.
The team consists of Boiface Walimbwa, the Commander Criminal Investigations Department, ACP Lawrence Niwabiine and SSP Anatoli Muleterwa.
This follows several allegations from the boda boda cyclists who are against the registration exercise being pushed by the Kampala Capital City Authority.
The city authority has been conducting a sensation campaign ahead of the registration of commercial cyclists that kicks off on October 10th.
