Kabaka expected to meet with Baganda in the Diaspora
His Highness the Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi the second is expected to meet with Baganda who live in Diaspora today.
This year’s organizing committee Chairman, Buganda Government Minister of Health, Ow’ekitiibwa Dr. Ben Kiwanuka says they will have an opportunity to personally meet the Kabaka (okulanya) at the Twekobe house in the Kabaka’s palace, in Mengo Lubiri.
Doctor Kiwanuka adds that this year’s event will be of fun and experience with identifying a youngster/youth (8-17 years) rose in the Diaspora and can recite or read a simple Luganda poem.
The poem will be composed and written by the Luganda Association.
