Nakawa MP Kabaziguruka Returns To Court

Reporter | October 14, 2016

The High Court in Kampala is today expected to hear an application by Nakawa Member of Parliament Michael Kabaziguruka seeking to be released on bail.

The bail application is expected to be heard and determined by Justice Yasin Nyanzi.

It was meant to be heard yesterday but was pushed to today because the judge was reportedly busy handling other cases.

Kabaziguruka is charged before the General Court Martial together with 20 UPDF officers with charges relating to treachery.

The offences were allegedly committed between February and June 2016 in the districts of Kampala, Wakiso and Luweero.
