Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) is set to prosecute all building owners that inconvenience their tenants for failure to meet set regulations and health standards.

This comes as three buildings remain closed while several others have been closed before after their proprietors failed to adhere to the required health standards.

By this afternoon, hundreds of traders were still stranded at Uganda House, Impala house and Adam house that were all closed yesterday.

KCCA deputy spokesperson Robert Kalumba says the management of these buildings were given notifications last year
