The state prosecutor Joseph Bayige today informed court that the two guns and three cartridges which were recovered from the scene of crime have just been submitted to the government analyst for examination.

Agaba appeared together with his body guard Satos Macmot before Nakawa court grade one magistrate Gladys Kamasanyu for mention of the case.

The magistrate ordered the state to speed up investigations and have the case committed to the High Court for trial.

However the magistrate ordered state prosecutor to come ready on the next mention date to commit them to high court for trial.
