Bad Black to leave prison next month

Earlier this week, we received emissaries from Luzira prison. The message was simple: “the return of the party queen, the big spender!” Just like you, we quickly wondered who had taken up the vacant title. But the emissary helped us solve the equation by chipping in with a name: “that’s from Bad Black.”

“Her jail term ends next month and she just wanted to let you know that she is coming back with a bang,” the man went on.

Yes, we also did not know whether to laugh or ask more questions, but being who we are, you know where this went. So what’s going to happen when she comes out? Will she still have money to throw around? Will she buy a new luxurious ride?

The man simply smiled and said: “You are going to see! She’s going to turn the city upside down.”
Well, we shall leave it at that. But the story is, socialite Shalita Namuyimba aka Bad Black will be out of Luzira sometime mid next month. She is in the final days of her four-year jail sentence which she received after being found guilty of embezzling money from her British lover, David Greenhalgh.
Bad Black was sentenced along with former lover- socialite Meddie Ssentongo, who was handed a shorter sentence.

We have heard that Bad Black intends to stage a procession with tens of luxurious cars and many of her female friends to escort her from Luzira to the city centre. We are yet to confirm with police if they received info about such a public procession.
