Lumumba dismisses Ingrid payment letter
The NRM Secretary General Kasule Lumumba has dismissed as fake a letter purporting that NRM has paid FDCs Ingrid Turinawe Shs300m to help NRM win the Rukungiri municipality seat.
Turinawe who is a strong FDC cadre is contesting as an independent candidate for the Rukungiri municipality seat after losing to Dr Warren Tumwine Nuwagaba.
Lumumba has however told Kfm that this letter is a forged one adding that she does not write to the party chairperson, Yoweri Museveni but rather talks to him directly.
