18-year-old youth has been remanded to Kitalya government prison for allegedly being found in possession of suspected stolen metallic ladders.

Felix Tumusiime a resident of Ntinda in Kampala has been charged before city hall court grade one magistrate Fatuma Nabirye and denied the offense of possessing suspected stolen property.

The Prosecution says on September 21st,  and Ntinda in Kampala,  the accused when searched by a police officer CPL Isabirye Joshua George was found in possession of four metallic ladders suspected to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained.

He is to return to court on October 10th for a hearing of the case.
