Man remanded for touching a woman’s breasts

A 24 year old man has been charged and sent on remand at Luzira prison for touching a woman’s breasts and shoulders.

Phillip  Akwetereho a music trainer and a resident of Kamyokya Kisenyi 2 Zone in Kampala has been charged before City Hall Grade One Magistrate Moses Nabende and he denied the offense of indecently assaulting a woman.

Prosecution led by Pamela Orogot states that on the 13th July 2017 at Kisenyi 2 zone Akwetereho unlawfully and indecently assaulted a one Irene Arayo by touching her breasts and shoulders.

The magistrate has remanded him to Luzira prison until August 3rd when he returns for mention of his case.
