Independent presidential candidate John Patrick Amama Mbabazi is this afternoon set to launch his manifesto at the Serena International Conference Center in Kampala.

Yesterday while addressing his eleventh rally at Booma Grounds in Mbarara district, the former premier vowed to have all officials directly involved in the pension scam thrown into jail once elected President.
Mbabazi also said that it is unfair for to keep pensioners waiting for their savings some of who die without getting it, promising to pay them if elected.
Mbabazi also emphasized the need to restore term limits, restructure government departments and agencies to ensure good governance.
