Minister Anite, Hamis Kiggundu meet to promote agro value addition

Hon Evelyn Anite, the  the State Minister of Finance for Investment and Privatization met with businessman Hamis Kiggundu at Ham Agro-Processing industries  in a meeting aimed at promoting agro value addition.

According to Ham,  they aim at ensuring that agro producee of Ugandan farmers is marketed regionally and internationally.

“Our main goal is to promote agro value addition mainly assessing, sorting,quality analysis, managing,packaging and marketing ugandan farmer’s agro produce domestically through import substitution, regionally and internationally,” Hamis Kiggundu said.
