MP Kabaziguruka asks government to construct public toilets in the slums

The Member of Parlament for Nakawa division Michael Kabaziguruka has asked government to construct public toilets in the slummy areas to avoid endless out breaks of cholera.

He says, areas such as Banda, port-bell landing site, Kirombe area, and Naguru Go- Down are in dare need of having modern toilets to be constructed in the area to accommodate the increasing population in the area.

He says if such sanitary facilities are put in place it will help to reduce on some of the preventable diseases such as cholera, to affect the people in the area.
