MUK should avail space for visiting committee

Makerere University has been instructed by the government to avail space within in the university for the visiting committee which was constituted by president Museveni conduct their job of inquiry over there.

President Museveni instituted a committee of nine members chaired by Dr.Abel Rwendeire who were meant to start they job of inquiry yesterday to establish the cause of financial constraints affecting the university.

The vice chancellor of Makerere University Prof Dumba Ssentamu said that the government has instructed them to avail the space for the Committee Members to operate from and called for total co-operation with the committee.
