Government says it has referred the case of the death of Col. Edison Muzoora to Interpol.

Col Muzora was killed by unknow people and his body dumped at his home in Bushenyi over the weekend.

Muzoora, 58, had spent about nine years in exile after falling out with the NRM government.

The inspector general of police Major General Kale Kayihura says though Muzora was laid to rest yesterday, investigations into his death continue.

Maj. Gen. Kayihura says investigations so far indicate that Kazora did not die from within the country and that his death was not natural.
