The report will entail observations and recommendations regarding the manner in which government officials received the money as a bonus payment for winning the Heritage litigation against Uganda in 2010.

The committee chaired by Bugweri County MP Abdul Katuntu has since January his year been investigating the matter, with contradicting submissions from sections of government officials.

President Yoweri Museveni, during an interface with the committee said that the payment was wrong and promised to ensure that it would be paid back.

The final report is to be tabled to Parliament, this afternoon.
