Balyeku contends that the FDC candidate Paul Mwiru openly accused him of having a hand in processing fake ballot papers confiscated during the by-election on Thursday.

FDC’s Mwiru was declared winner of the Jinja East Constituency on Thursday after defeating the NRM flag bearer Nathan Igeme Nabeta.

Balyeku wants Mwiru to produce evidence against him or else he pays for the damages.
