The fire that claimed 4 lives happened about a month ago.

The police spokesman, Judith Nabakooba says the mad woman poured the petro that spilled to
the kitchen resulting into the unfortunate fire.

Nabakooba says the findings rule out any possibility of a bomb blast as earlier alleged,
saying petro also causes explosions if used in huge volumes.

Nabakooba however expresses disappointment that the police was not called in time to put out
the fire, increasing its intensity.
