The Daily Monitor newspaper will on every Tuesday insert comic stories in its rainbow Magazine which are interesting to both adults and children.

The Managing Director Daily Monitor publications Anthony Craig Glencross  says the intention of introducing a  new insert in the rain bow Magazine will not only promote a reading culture among children, but also it will promote the tourism industry in Uganda.

However, the Head of Delegation the European Delegation to Uganda Kristian Schmidt, while signing the Memorandum of understanding this morning says about 10,000 Euros have been injected in the project to help Ugandans to know about more about their country.

He says Many Ugandans live in are living in the country but ignorant about the important tourism site in the country, and therefore such innovations of the Daily Monitor will go a long way in promoting the tourism sector.
