Father charged & sent to Luzira for defiling his 17 year old daughter & infecting her

45 year old father has been charged and sent on remand at Luzira prison for defiling his 17 year old biological daughter and infect her with HIV/AIDS.

Akileo Kajubi alias Mulokole and a resident of Kikaya zone ‘A’ in Kawempe division in Kampala charged with aggravated defilement before a grade one magistrate at City Hall Beatrice Kainza who did not allow him to say anything on a capital offence only tried by the High Court.

Prosecution led by Jackie Kyansimire states that Kajubi between 2017 and January 2018 at Kikaya –Kawempe division in Kampala performed sexual act with a 17year well knowing that he is a biological father and HIV positive.

Court learnt that Kajubi defiled his daughter after he separated with the victim’s mother leaving her oldest child behind.

He is to return back to court on August 17th 2018 for mention of the case.
