Addressing journalists at the party headquarters in Najjanakumbi, the deputy spokesperson Paul Mwiru says that everyone one in the country is in panic following the rampant deaths in Wakiso with the death toll now at 19 within 3 months.

He however says that police has failed to provide security for the citizens since they are also in panic without a clue of who is killing women.

He also says that there is no coordination between the security forces since the IGP kale kayihura and Minister of Security visited the crime scenes individually due to their grievances calling upon the government to issue a joint statement of why people are being killed.
