The government has boosted the education system in Kabarole District by constructing a school worth Shs 1.9 billion.

The seed secondary school that was opened up in Kasenda sub-county, Kabarole District was opened to enable students in Kabarole to get a quality education and reduce the number of school dropouts.

While releasing the 2020 UCE results, the Minister of Education and sports, Hon Janet Museveni revealed that the government is planning to construct more seed schools and pledged to see to it that these schools are of good quality.

“There is hope. The NRM government is bringing public schools in all sub-counties that don’t have yet, “Janet Museveni.

Janet Museveni has called upon parents to play their role and ensure that all the children get a quality education.

“I would like to remind Ugandans that education is a shared responsibility. It doesn’t matter if the government puts these facilities in place; if the parents and guardians fail to do their part, it is all for nothing,” she said.
