In a move meant to promote productive land use, government has started spreading its computerized land system to different districts across the country.

According to the state minister for lands Persis Namuganza, in the districts of Jinja, Wakiso, Mukono, Masaka, Lira, Mbarara and Kampala where the system is already operational, the ministry has already witnessed effective and efficient land service delivery.

She reveals that the exercise will continue to be rolled out until all districts are covered.
