This is after the resident state attorney Lino Anguzo asked that the proceedings happen in camera.

Anguzo argued that the issues at play threaten national security and would create a rift between police and the parliament.

He goes on to say that two witnesses have already been lined up to testify against the accused.

Defense lawyer Vincent Mugisha tried to oppose this asking that the case be dismissed because it holds no water.

However Buganda road chief Magistrate Lilian Buchana objected to this ruling that the case be heard in Camera

Ronald Poteri is accused of leaking recordings implicating the police chief Gen Kale Kaihura in the framing of Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi.
