Hearing of an application seeking to determine whether former intelligence coordinator Gen. David Sejusa is still a serving army officer resumes today.

The case resumes before High Court Judge Margaret Oumo Oguli with the Attorney General’s Representative George Karemera responding to Gen. Sejusa’s submissions.

Sejusa through his lawyers led by David Mushabe in their submissions insist that the UPDF Commission and Promotions Board deliberately refused to issue a discharge certificate to their client yet it no longer pays him salary or any other benefits.

They also argue that the board also withdrew his army uniforms, guns and has not deployed him and has not facilitated him with transport, meals and accommodation which amounts to constructive discharge.
