Prosecution led by  Emilly Ninsima states that on the 4th/December 2016 at Major Seiko’s residence in Nakasero hill, Cherotic an ex-soldier used a gun to kill Lameck Ogwanga and Fred Ssembatya.

Prosecution further says the trigger -happy  Cherotich  also injured David Ssenkubuge and Solomon Mugabi.

Cherotich was not allowed to enter plea on all the 4 counts as murder is capital in nature and only triable and bailable  by the Highcourt.

He has been sent on remand  at Luzira prison where he will spend his Christmas until the 30th/December 2016  when he will re-appear in court for mention .
