The three people accused of killing former Kampala tycoon Eria Kasiwukira have been further remanded to Luzira prison.
The suspects include the deceased’s widow Sarah Nabikolo Sebunya, sister in law Sandra Nakungu and a police constable Ashraf Dedeni.
They appeared before Makindye Chief Magistrate Richard Mafaabi who remanded them after prosecution informed court that investigations were still going on.
However defence lawyer Macdusman Kabega expressed concern over the delay in availing the case file by prosecution.
This prompted the Chief Magistrate to order the State Attorney Happiness Ainebyona to produce the file when court resumes on the 29th of January.
Prosecution alleges that on October 17th 2014 at Muyenga, a Kampala suburb, the trio caused the death of Kasiwukira.
Kasiwukira was knocked dead by a speeding car while he jogged near his home in Muyenga.
