Speaking to KFM, Lukwago says, there were a lot of disagreements and pulling of ropes between the Ministers of Kampala Betty Kamya and authority leaders last year something that needs attention.

He notes that the authority council passed number of resolutions but up to date, they have not been worked upon leaving a number of issues like street vending, KCCA market and transport sector unsolved hence all leaders should co-operate.

He also revealed that they are going to push for more funding from the government following a reduction of their budget from Shs 560 billion to Shs 340b.
