Security experts have downplayed the strength of rebel outfit Lord’s Resistance Army.
This comes a week after the rebel group headed by Joseph Kony abducted Dozens of people in the north of the Democratic Republic of Congo in an attack near the border with the Central African Republic (CAR).
The attack in the middle of the day on Bili village in Bas-Uele province also forced hundreds of people to South Sudan.
Now speaking to KFM, security expert David Egesa said the latest raids by the group are only aimed at helping it show that it still exists.
He however says the group can never get to distabilize Uganda again.
