This comes after PAC summoned KCCA officials to respond to a report from the auditor General that unearthed several cases of resource misallocation.

Lukwago says PAC should ask for the refund of all the money lost fraudulently during the procurement process and construction of roads in the city.

He says the committee should also recover the money that was meant for construction of a weigh bridge at Kitezi dumping site.
